By subscribing to Beyond Browfection, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Access:
– Access is granted only after payment and Instagram verification.
– To protect the space and ensure authenticity, your Instagram account must be either a business profile or public (not private) (or known by Rachel).
– You must provide the correct Instagram handle (@) at checkout to be approved.
– Requests from private or unverifiable accounts may be declined.

2. Content Usage:
– All content shared inside Beyond Browfection is protected by copyright.
– Redistribution, screen recording, saving, reselling, or teaching from this content is strictly prohibited.
– Breach of this may result in removal from the group and legal action.

3. Payment & Billing:
– Monthly membership: $39/month, billed automatically.
– Annual membership: $336 billed once per year (equals $28/month).
– No refunds once access is granted due to the digital nature of the content.

4. Cancellations:
– You can cancel at any time, by Contacting Rachel via @BeyondBrowfection acc
– No partial refunds for early cancellations.

5. Respect & Conduct:
– This is a supportive, safe space. Bullying, discrimination, or drama will not be tolerated.
– You’ll be removed without a refund if found disrespecting community guidelines or others.

6. Updates & Changes:
– Content themes and upload frequency may vary slightly, but you’ll always receive 3–4 high-value posts per week.
– Terms may be updated at any time. You’ll be notified if anything significant changes.
